Harvard Business School’s Joe Fuller to Share Findings from Research with Expert Panel

SMA is pleased to announce that Joe Fuller, Professor and Co-Lead of the Harvard Business School’s Managing the Future of Work Initiative will join a panel of experts to discuss the rise of the on-demand economy and its impact on a company’s strategy and talent management systems.

Always provocative and often controversial, Joe Fuller will share his multi-year analysis of how successful companies reshape their operations and incorporate broader definitions of talent to thrive in an increasingly digital business environment.

“We need significantly more innovation and flexible thinking to overcome the skills gap and identify people with the right experience and social skills to interact effectively on complex projects,” remarked Fuller. “Traditional corporate structures and procedures often act as a barrier to business success and must be questioned and, in many cases, scrapped and rebuilt.”

Joe Fuller will join the panel with other experts in project management, finance, and talent management to provide multi-dimensional perspectives of how to overcome today’s talent and project management challenges. The event is open to registered attendees. Click here to register.
